Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 01 July 2026

Welcome to the official website of Saraah Corporate Kitchen. By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation or using any of our services.

About Our Services

Saraah Corporate Kitchen provides corporate catering, office meal services, packed meals, executive dining, meeting and conference catering, industrial catering, institutional catering and customized food service solutions.

Service Availability

Our services are currently available within selected areas of Dhaka Metropolitan Area. Service availability may depend on location, order quantity, delivery schedule, menu requirements and operational capacity.

Quotations

Quotations are prepared based on the information provided by the client, including service type, number of people, menu selection, service location, frequency, delivery arrangements and special requirements.

Quotation Validity

A quotation remains valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation. Prices may be revised after the validity period due to changes in ingredient costs, transportation expenses, taxes, labour costs or service requirements.

Order Confirmation

An inquiry or quotation request does not confirm an order. An order is considered confirmed only after both parties agree to the menu, quantity, price, service schedule, payment terms and other relevant conditions.

Advance Payment

Saraah Corporate Kitchen may require an advance payment before confirming an order, reserving a service date, purchasing ingredients or beginning service preparation. The required amount will be mentioned in the quotation or service agreement.

Payment Terms

Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule and payment method. Long-term corporate contracts may follow separate billing and payment terms approved by both parties.

Corporate Billing

For approved corporate clients and long-term service agreements, monthly invoicing may be available. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices should be settled within seven (7) working days from the invoice submission date.

Annual Price Review

Meal prices, service charges and related costs may be reviewed periodically based on market conditions, inflation, ingredient costs, transportation expenses, labour costs and operational requirements. Long-term contracts may be subject to annual pricing review upon mutual discussion and agreement.

Taxes and Additional Charges

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, serving staff costs, equipment rental, venue access fees or other additional expenses may be charged separately unless they are clearly included in the approved quotation.

Menu Customization

Menus may be customized according to client preferences, budget, service schedule, dietary requirements and ingredient availability. Final menu approval must be completed before service preparation begins.

Ingredient Availability

Certain ingredients or menu items may be unavailable due to market conditions, seasonal limitations or supply issues. In such cases, we may recommend a suitable alternative after consulting the client.

Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Clients must inform us in advance about food allergies, dietary restrictions, religious requirements or other special food-related needs. While reasonable care will be taken, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Order Quantity

The client is responsible for providing an accurate number of meals or guests. Any increase in quantity is subject to ingredient availability, operational capacity and additional charges.

Minimum Order Requirement

Standard corporate meal packages are generally designed for a minimum order quantity of 50 meals per service. Smaller orders may be accommodated subject to operational feasibility, service location and pricing adjustments.

Changes to Confirmed Orders

Requests to change the menu, quantity, delivery time, location or service arrangement must be submitted as early as possible. Changes are subject to approval and may result in revised pricing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the order size, service type and preparation stage. Costs already incurred for ingredients, staffing, transportation or other arrangements may be deducted from any refundable amount.

Refunds

Refund eligibility will be reviewed according to the approved quotation, cancellation time, completed preparation and costs already incurred. Approved refunds may require a reasonable processing period.

Delivery Schedule

We make every reasonable effort to deliver meals within the agreed schedule. Delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, road restrictions, security procedures, venue access or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery Location and Access

The client must provide an accurate delivery address, contact person and necessary access information. Additional charges may apply when delivery requires extended waiting time, special entry permission or movement to a location beyond the agreed delivery point.

Food Receiving Responsibility

The client or an authorized representative should inspect and receive the order at the time of delivery. Any visible issue regarding quantity, packaging or order accuracy should be reported immediately.

Food Shortage After Delivery

After delivery and acceptance, the client is responsible for proper storage, handling and timely consumption of the food. We are not responsible for quality issues caused by improper storage, delayed serving or mishandling after delivery.

Food Quality and Hygiene

Saraah Corporate Kitchen follows structured food safety, hygiene and quality-control procedures throughout procurement, preparation, packaging, transportation and service delivery. While every reasonable effort is made to maintain consistent quality, minor variations may occur due to ingredient availability, seasonal factors or operational requirements.

Serving Staff and Equipment

Serving staff, buffet equipment, crockery, cutlery, tables, warmers and other service items are provided only when included in the approved quotation or service agreement.

Damage or Loss of Equipment

The client may be responsible for the repair or replacement cost of equipment, utensils or service items that are lost, damaged or misused at the service location.

Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate information, timely approvals, safe access, suitable service space, necessary permissions and any facilities agreed upon for food delivery or on-site catering.

Corporate Service Agreements

Recurring office meals, industrial catering and long-term institutional services may be governed by a separate written agreement. Where such an agreement exists, its terms will take priority over these general website terms.
